These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4ward Digital website and the submission of project inquiries through it.
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or request 4ward Digital services. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious or fraudulent content.
Submitting a request does not automatically create a contract or guarantee that 4ward Digital will accept the project. A project begins only after both parties agree on scope, pricing, timeline, responsibilities, and any applicable written agreement.
Any pricing discussed before a final agreement is an estimate unless expressly identified as a final quote. Project pricing can change if scope, features, content, revisions, or third-party requirements change.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, credentials, and rights to use materials they provide. Delays in client materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Ownership and licensing of final website designs, code, graphics, content, and other deliverables should be defined in the applicable project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, and services may remain subject to their own licenses.
Web hosting, domains, email providers, payment processors, analytics, APIs, plugins, and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms and fees. 4ward Digital is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those third parties.
We aim to build high-quality websites, but we do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, search rankings, leads, revenue, or other business results unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Payment schedules, deposits, revisions, cancellation terms, refunds, and project-specific obligations will be defined in the applicable project agreement or invoice. If no separate agreement exists, no payment obligation is created merely by submitting this website form.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4ward Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or a project, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
We may update these Terms as our services or website change. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.
